Return Process

  1. Eligibility for Return: You can initiate a return within 14 days of receipt of the product. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

  2. Initiating a Return: To start a return, please email us at admin@japanese-name-stamp.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Inspection of Return: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.
